This innovative model is part of their range of Blast Chillers that boasts of breakthrough technology. The new design eliminates the need for transferring or de-traying, reducing handling between cooking and chilling. The Technical Data BCCF 1 is ideal for detachable combi rack trolleys, with a chilling capacity of 75kg and freezing capacity of 15kg. Meanwhile, the BCCF RI is perfect for small trolleys like Gastronorm 1/1 size, also with a chilling capacity of 75kg and freezing capacity of 15kg. The blast chiller features automatic defrost and smart defrost functions, ensuring maximum performance and minimal energy usage.
