Product Overview
The Monarch PRORO 16 reverse osmosis unit offers water purification and treatment for coffee and steam applications, removing up to 99% of TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) from the water. RO is the only water treatment process that removes chlorides, which if left untreated will corrode and damage equipment, leading to expensive replacement costs, service calls and kitchen downtime.
Removing minerals, particulates and chlorine from the water provides a consistent baseline of clean water to work with. All PRORO models (excluding warewashing use) incorporate a remineralisation post-filter for taste optimisation, supporting consistent, high-quality coffee results.
