The Krupps EL51E is a 500mm basket commercial dishwasher built around the Acquatech System for constant temperature and pressure control with optimised water consumption.
Product Overview
The Acquatech System keeps wash performance consistent while minimising water use, making the EL51E suited to environments where HACCP compliance is essential. It washes glasses of different shapes and sizes and up to 18 dishes per cycle (max Ø395mm) using the baskets provided, with a maximum productivity of 40 baskets per hour (720 dishes per hour). An optional drain pump handles automatic draining and partial clean water replacement at each wash.
