
The Diamond FTEV 50/85-N is a 500mm wide electric conveyor pizza oven ideal for producing a large number of pizzas but also pies, tarts and lasagne etc.
Constructed completely from stainless steel with ceramic fibre to ensure thermal isolation. With a maximum pizza output from 155 x Å’ ‚¬ 200mm to 25 x Å’ ‚¬ 450mm.
Homogeneous distribution of hot air allowing a lower cooking temperature than traditional furnaces.
