
The Diamond FTEV 40/58-N is a 400mm wide electric conveyor pizza oven ideal for producing a large number of pizzas but also pies, tarts and lasagne etc.
Constructed completely from stainless steel with ceramic fibre to ensure thermal isolation. With a maximum pizza output from 145 x Å’ ‚¬ 150mm to 21 x Å’ ‚¬ 400mm.
Homogeneous distribution of hot air allowing a lower cooking temperature than traditional furnaces.
