Pressed and watertight top (15/10 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel, waterproof "IPX5".
Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
Deep-drawn" bowl in AISI 304 stainless steel with all corners and inside angles rounded for easy and hygienic maintenance, equipped with a cold zone. Lid in stainless steel.
Drain tap (ball valve) for the tank and the oil decanting tray, placed in the lower cabinet.
Electric heating by means of stainless steel armoured resistances immersed in the tank. Lifting of the heating element block for easy cleaning of the tank (EXCEPT E7/F2V...), temperature regulation from 100° to 190°C by thermostat, safety thermostat as standard, front access for easy maintenance.
