The Diamond E60/F10-3T Counter-Top Single Electric Fryer has a stamped basin which is made in stainless steel (AISI 304). Its rounded corners are made for a simple and hygienic maintenance which is also equipped with cold zone. The electric fryer is delivered with chromed sieve grid of steel wire that retains the impurities to lengthen the quality and the duration of life of the deep-frying oil. Also the electric heating is through an armoured (protected) resistance which is immersed in the tub with tumbling resistances to simplify the cleaning of the tub.
