Planned servicing for dishwashers and glasswashers

Warewashers work hard in hot, wet, chemical-heavy conditions, so regular servicing has a direct effect on wash results, running costs and machine life. A planned service checks and adjusts wash and rinse temperatures, descales the boiler and elements, inspects the wash and rinse arms, seals and door, and checks the drain pump and dosing equipment, replacing worn parts before they fail. Contracts can cover a single machine or a full site, with annual or twice-yearly visits, and parts and labour included.

Urgent repairs

Do you repair dishwashers and glasswashers you did not supply?
Yes. We repair all makes and models of commercial warewashing equipment.

My glasses are coming out cloudy. Is that a repair or a chemical problem?
It can be either. Cloudiness is usually caused by hard water, a rinse-aid dosing fault, or a worn rinse arm. An engineer can identify which on a service visit.

Will I get a quote before any work is done?
Yes, we provide same-day electronic estimates so you can approve the cost first.

Do you service water softeners and reverse osmosis units fitted to warewashers?
Yes, as part of servicing and repairing the machine they are fitted to.
